Movie & TV Production Spotlight 
2010-2011: 46 key projects were filmed in the state, including 34 films and 12 TV series. Movies include: Man of Steel, Lincoln, A Fonder Heart, The Vow, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Bad Teacher, and Contagion. TV includes: Boss, The Chicago Code, The Oprah Winfrey Show, At the Movies, Judge Janine Pirro, The Rosie Show, and The Playboy Club.
Production Incentive: 
The Illinois Film Production Tax Credit entered into effect on January 1, 2009. The tax credit has no sunset and consists of: (1) 30% of the Illinois production spending for the taxable year; and (2) 30% credit on Illinois salaries up to $100,000 per worker.
