Production Incentive: 
Under the Big Sky on the Big Screen Act, film and TV 
productions are eligible for a 14% refundable tax 
credit on up to $50,000 in wages paid to Montana 
residents and a 9% refundable tax credit on their 
total qualified expenditures in the state.
