Production Incentive:
The Illinois Film Production Tax Credit
entered into effect on January 1, 2009. The tax credit has no sunset and consists of: (1) 30% of the Illinois production spending for the taxable year; and (2) 30% credit on Illinois salaries up to $100,000 per worker.
